What’s Going On: Sept ’09

Quite few things going on lately. Still trying to exercise and read regularly. I quit learning Chinese, deciding that I just don’t have the time to take it seriously.

The wifey’s Grandma celebrated her 84th birthday.

We went to the Balloon Glow as part of the Forrest Park Balloon Race. It was our first time and needed some better planning on our part, but was fun nonetheless.

Guy I used to work with got in trouble.

We went to the local Italian Fest.

Our pastor’s daughter had a baby.

Taking Trey to the Rams Game

Had a chance to attend another Rams game thanks to tickets donated to Make-A-Wish.   We had to bundle up for the under 10 degree weather.

They were fantastic seats in the closest section possible (The winning touchdown was right in front of us).

It was a very close game that ended in a heartbreaker for Rams fans.  The 49ers scored 2 touchdowns in the last 4 minutes to pull off a win.  The Rams definitely need to make some major changes.  On the bright side, a terrible season should make for a good draft pick.  Trey a had a good time on our father-son outing.  He doesn’t really care about winning or losing.  Seven is such a great age.
